We at Save Your Sight Screenings offer cutting edge technology and you know men love that sort of thing. Recent studies show men are less likely to participate in Health Fairs than women. We can send you some marketing materials that you can email to your employees to help get some buzz and interest going for your up coming Health Fair. We can also visit your company anytime during the year that you want to make some noise about wellness.

Studies also show that employees are more motivated to participate in Wellness Programs when they feel they are getting a lot of benefit for their time spent (both in dollars and programs that are tailored to meet their individual needs). The average company now spends over $500 each employee on added benefits related to promoting wellness. Our screenings add an exceptionally well perceived benefit at a very affordable cost.

"Corporate employers plan to spend an average of $594 per employee on wellness-based incentives within their health care programs this year, according to a new employer survey conducted by Fidelity Investments® and the National Business Group on Health. This marks an increase of 15 percent from the average of $521 reported for 2013, and is more than double the average of $260 reported five years ago. The largest increase was among companies with fewer than 5,000 employees, where the per employee average climbed to $595, one-third higher than the average of $444 per employee in 2013."

"At Johnson and Johnson employees get $500 off annual premiums for submitting a health profile; the company then uses the data to offer an additional $100 to $250 for participating in activities tailored to the employee, such as a diabetes management program. The company says its return on investment is up to $4 for every dollar it spends on employee wellness."
